Shuttering fixer • Otsego County, New York

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Otsego County, New York. Your main tasks: • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
