Roofing labourer — Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Franklin County, Arkansas. Day to day you will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; insulate and ventilate the roof void; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A good head for heights and steady balance • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
