Food and beverage server — Lassen County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Lassen County, California. Your main tasks: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
