Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Houston County, Georgia. You will work in a hospital canteen. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
