Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Campbell County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
