Foundry worker wanted in Wilkin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a foundry worker in Wilkin County, Minnesota. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. Day to day you will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
