Argon welder • Tift County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Tift County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel You should have: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Performance bonus on top of base pay.
