Day to day you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
