Production operative wanted in Teton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Teton County, Montana. The job is on the shop floor of a garment factory. The role involves pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; operate and feed production machines on the line; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces. Requirements: • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Keen eye for detail on quality checks 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $210 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
