Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
