Kitchen steward • Beadle County, South Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Beadle County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
