Line cook — Lisburn and Castlereagh

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
