Mason's helper wanted in Pottawatomie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mason's helper in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. The job is on a metro and infrastructure project. On the job you will handle: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations You should have: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Rotating shifts.
