Pipe TIG welder • Calhoun County, Alabama

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Calhoun County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
