Visual inspection operator • La Crosse County, Wisconsin

Immediate opening: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
