Immediate opening: chef de partie (Idaho)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Fremont County, Idaho. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Performance bonus on top of base pay.
