Vacancy available: back-of-house cleaner (Adamawa State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Numan, Adamawa State. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Performance bonus on top of base pay.
