We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Warren County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 4+ years on the tools preferred.
