Restoration bricklayer wanted in Breckinridge County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. You will work on a new-build development. The role involves: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Requirements: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
