Day-to-day duties: • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift What we are looking for: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
