Now hiring: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Issaquena County, Mississippi. The job is on a new-build development. The role involves buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go.
