Captain waiter wanted in Charlotte County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Charlotte County, Virginia. You will work in a five-star hotel. You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Six days a week, one day off.
