We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Richland County, Illinois. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
