Rigging foreman wanted in Van Buren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Van Buren County, Arkansas. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. On a typical shift you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; read lift plans and method statements before starting. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
