We are recruiting: we are hiring a presser in Scotland County, North Carolina. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; give each garment a final press before packing. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Six days a week, one day off.
