You should have: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers On a typical shift you will spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; sand and fill walls before applying primer; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
