Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Henderson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Henderson County, North Carolina. The role involves work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; check for underground cables and services before digging; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise 1+ years on the tools preferred.
