Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
