Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm The role involves set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); write and edit G-code programs at the control; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear.
