Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On a typical shift you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
