We are recruiting: we are hiring a body shop technician in Montgomery County, Maryland. You will be based in a collision repair centre. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day to day you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
