Great opportunity: paint and prep technician (South Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Greenwood County, South Carolina. You will work at a dealership paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
