Immediate opening: we are hiring a stone mason in York County, Virginia. The role involves: • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
