Immediate opening: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Palm Beach County, Florida. Day to day you will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; insulate and ventilate the roof void. Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
