Urgent requirement: electrical maintenance fitter (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in Lee County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy electrical contractor. The role involves: • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop Requirements: • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter • Normal colour vision for cable identification Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
