Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production helper in Madison County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly 1+ years on the tools preferred.
