Glazing fabricator — Madison County

Join our team: we are hiring a glazing fabricator in Madison County, Illinois. You will work on a residential building site. On a typical shift you will cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish. Requirements: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
