Immediate opening: dough maker (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Carroll County, Missouri. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
