Vacancy available: cook (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Bradley County, Arkansas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time, day shift.
