Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Pepin County, Wisconsin. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
