Dishwashing attendant wanted in San Joaquin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in San Joaquin County, California. The job is in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 6+ years on the tools preferred.
