Great opportunity: we are hiring a HSE officer in Grant County, Wisconsin. The role involves investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
