Vacancy available: MIG welder (Colorado)

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Rio Grande County, Colorado. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. Day to day you will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
