The role involves: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
