Immediate opening: scaffold fitter (Montana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Mineral County, Montana. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level Your main tasks: • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
