Tandoor cook wanted in Gwagwalada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
