Scaffolding charge hand wanted in Barry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Barry County, Michigan. The job is at a commercial fit-out project. Day to day you will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely. Requirements: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Full-time with occasional weekends.
