Great opportunity: D6/D8 dozer operator (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Martin County, Kentucky. You will work at an open-cast mine. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain On a typical shift you will backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
