Head baker wanted in Neath Port Talbot

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Neath Port Talbot, Wales. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
