Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Langtang South, Plateau State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
